Refund Policy


Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Some large items such as baskets, backpack bags, and carts, may ship directly from the manufacturer and arrive separately (there may be a delay in available tracking information on these items).

Orders including Pre-Order items will ship upon their arrival or on the release date specified by the manufacturer or within the product listing.

If any items on your order are unavailable in their selected options, we will contact you to coordinate a refund or replacement.

All items are new/unthrown unless noted otherwise. Some items may feature light storage wear, minor factory blemishes, or chalkiness of plastic. Please be aware that these minor blemishes may not be disclosed on every disc and shall be deemed as normal storage wear. Buyer understands and acknowledges that items may feature this light wear which is out of the control of Flight Factory Discs.

Photos may vary slightly from the actual discs. Some colors have their colors impacted by light boxes, meaning they may be brighter or darker than the photo. Some discs are listed as variations, meaning we have unique combinations of that variation. We try to ensure photos match the discs before upload, but these variations are generally minor and may not warrant a refund or return that is covered by Flight Factory.

Weights listed are based on the penned or stickered weight from the manufacturer. We do not scale every disc to validate the weight. 


We accept returns for 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear/use or damage in any way
• within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description. Mystery boxes are not eligible for return. 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped
from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault. Original shipping costs paid by Flight Factory may be deducted from refund if we are not at fault for the return. Outbound shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. 

Subscription Cancellations/Returns

Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing period(3rd of each month for monthly). Please submit your request to 

Cancellations may not be processed if they are not received in a timely manner before the billing date. If a monthly box is shipped, we will not process a cancellation. 

Returns will generally not be accepted on subscriptions. We will announce the contents of each month well in advance. We will consider these on a case by case basis.
